Station Open - Dates & Times

The Station is open Sunday afternoons static display- non steaming.
October 2009 to March 2010 - 11am to approx. 2pm (depending on volunteers being on site)
Please ask volunteers for details about the station.
Admission charges; Adults £3.00, Senior/student £2.50,
all money goes to the upkeep of the station.

Join the Papplewick Association and support the Station
Membership costs £10.00pa for individual membership, £15.00pa for Family membership (2+2)
Active and not so active members welcome.
Members are allowed free entry to the station, both on static and steaming days.

Private conducted tours
The Pumping Station may be opened for private conducted tours,
arrangements can be made for most days of the week, daytime or evenings.

Civil Wedding Ceremonies
The station has a licence for the use of the site for Civil Wedding ceremonies, but not receptions.
Weddings can place in the Pumping Engine Station or rooms in the Superintendents House.

Meeting Room Hire
The Superintendents Meeting Room is available for hire, as a self contained venue for
small groups and meetings, up to about 10 people. Level access, kitchen and toilets.
